About This Course

The increasing use of CNC machine tools in all sectors of the manufacturing industry, replacing older mechanical metal and plastic working machines has increased the demand for computer-controlled machine tool operators.

This training will enable you to learn the following skills:
1. Read and understand engineering drawings of simple parts and CNC part programs.
2. Develop part programs for simple components.
3. Produce parts or components in auto cycle.
4. Adjust the tool or offset data to correct the deviations in part dimensions.
5. Change the cutting tools or carbide in-sets after full wear.
As a ``CNC Milling operator’ you will be expected to minimize the number of errors and bring it to near for this you must know the impact of a wrong entry on the control panel and its implications. This training program will teach you to use the CNC Milling machine with zero errors.
