About This Course
A Trainee Associate responsibility will include attending the customer, make a sale, stock taking, inventory shrinkage, maintaining visual merchandising, etc. In order to fulfill these responsibilities, it is essential that the associate has a firm understanding of store activities, the customer buying behavior and the art of attending them. They have to interact with various customers and convince them to buy a product.
